Welcome to Oak & Ember
Choose brisket, ribs, or pulled pork with familiar sides and a little sauce. A good barbecue meal starts around the table.
Choose a six-ounce meat plate, half rack, half chicken, or sausage portion from the descriptions.
Discover the different textures of sliced brisket, tender pulled pork, and a glazed rack of ribs.
Bring creamy macaroni, baked beans, warm cornbread, or tangy slaw into your meal.
Leave a little room for banana pudding, peach cobbler, pecan pie, or a brownie sundae.
From Pit to Shared Table
Barbecue asks the kitchen to pay attention to time, texture, and the cut on the board. At our table, that care becomes a slice of brisket, a rib with its own bite, or pulled pork tucked into a bun. We keep portions clear and sides familiar, leaving you free to choose the meal that sounds right today.
Pepper bark, a tangy pickle, and something warm from the side menu.

A Relaxed Barbecue Meal
Share a starter, compare a slice and a rib, or enjoy a sandwich with your own favorite side.

Choose a portion and read the included sides. Add something creamy or warm if you want another contrast beside the meat.

A toasted bun, smoked filling, and a tangy pickle make an approachable midday meal. Extra side dishes are ordered separately.

Let each person choose a smoked favorite, then share a starter or compare sides without guessing at platter weights.

A Moment Worth Sharing
The brisket had a peppery edge and worked well with the tangy slaw. Knowing the portion in advance made choosing much easier.
We ordered different smoked plates and shared cornbread. The warm bread and honey butter were a lovely start to the meal.
The pulled pork sandwich had plenty of contrast from its slaw and pickles. A side of macaroni made it a satisfying lunch.
The ribs were our table’s favorite, with baked beans on the side. We enjoyed having a relaxed place to catch up.
We called about a particular cut before visiting. That small conversation helped us plan the meal without guessing at availability.
The smoked chicken and crisp pickles made a good combination. Warm peach cobbler gave the meal an especially pleasant ending.
A tray of barbecue and a few familiar sides kept everyone happy at the table. We liked the clear portions and easy atmosphere.

Each smoked plate lists its included sides. Most include slaw and pickles; sausage also includes mustard. Baked beans, macaroni, and other extras have separate prices.
The menu uses the specific portion written beside each dish, such as six ounces, a half rack, or a half chicken. Prices are for that listed serving rather than per pound.
Availability can change as prepared portions are served. Contact the team if you are coming for a particular cut, and ask about the day's choices before ordering.
The Portobello Barbecue Plate is described without meat. Some sides, including baked beans, contain pork or dairy, so discuss ingredients and shared preparation before choosing.
