03 / Connected Muse Automation — what you authorize
Status: Not connected. Connected Muse Automation is optional hosted help that runs only inside the scope you authorize here. Until a permitted connection is verified in your account, everything stays in review mode: drafts and proposals are prepared for your approval, and publishing stays guided — you approve and post. Nothing is sent, published or repriced automatically.
Your authorization covers
- Identity & scope: the account and item set you connect — nothing outside it.
- Allowed reply intents: availability, current public price and factual answers from your prepared listing facts. Offers, discounts, pickup negotiation, complaints and opt-outs always escalate to you.
- Tone & facts: replies use your brand tone and verified listing facts only — never your private minimum or home address.
- Quiet hours: no automated activity outside the hours you set.
- Follow-up caps: at most one follow-up per item and two per account in any 14 days, shared across follow-up types; a buyer reply or opt-out resets and stops them.
- Price rules: reductions follow your step, floor, cooldown and maximum — applied only to your connected Marketplace listings, never to checkout prices, and a verified price change is the only trigger for a price-drop follow-up.
- Pickup safety: public pickup area only; an exact address is never shared.
Approval tiers
- Draft only (the default): everything is prepared for your review; nothing leaves your account.
- Ask first: you approve each action before it runs.
- Auto: only the scopes you explicitly grant may run without asking — and only once a connection is verified.
Authorization lasts until you revoke it. Changing any rule invalidates approvals queued under the old rules, so nothing stale can run. Your current rules load from /portal/automation with your private key and save to /portal/rules.
