Posterzign has two layers. Everything in the packages above is the first layer, and it works today. The second layer is built into the product in a Not connected state — visible and structured, and switched on only for a seller whose own permitted route has been verified.
This is what every package and the DIY workspace include today: listing copy, photo checks, reply drafts, imports, exports and review plans — prepared locally or by our team. You approve every listing and publish it yourself, from your own account. No Facebook connection, no autopost, no inbox access, no cloud sync.
The workspace and portal also carry a connected-automation layer: buyer-message classification with drafts held in review mode, a Listing Studio for photo, link and spreadsheet imports, batch preparation queues, follow-up preparation and rules-based price-reduction proposals — organized in dashboard sections (Connections, Listing Studio, Bulk Import, Conversations, Optimization, Price Rules, Follow-up Campaigns, Activity & Approvals), each labeled with its real status. It activates only when you connect a permitted route through your own Muse access with a running task — and only after that route is verified in your account.
A one-page Seller Rules setup states exactly what you authorize: which message types may be drafted, your tone, quiet hours, follow-up caps, your price-reduction rules and your private floor. Draft, ask-first or auto — you choose per action, and a Pause All control stops everything at once. Offers, holds, addresses and disputes always come back to you.
Posterzign software automates the preparation: structure your item details, check photos, generate drafts, export listing packs, organize reply templates and create review reminders.

We automate preparation and organization. Publication, account actions and buyer messages require an eligible seller account and an authorized route. If that route is unavailable, we deliver a publish-ready pack and guide the seller through native posting. We never sell an unverified autopost connection.
We can help you check access and understand the native setup. You keep your own authentic Facebook account and complete any identity steps yourself. We do not create replacement accounts or promise to unlock restricted access.
Our launch scope is ordinary physical household goods and eligible local inventory. Every item must pass the current category and platform review. We do not accept prohibited goods, services disguised as items, vehicles, property, regulated goods or high-risk categories under these standard packages.
Depending on your package, we prepare share captions and a review calendar. You use permitted groups or your own channels. Group approval, organic reach and sales are not guaranteed. Paid boosting or ad setup requires separate account eligibility, written scope and an approved ad budget.
You remain the seller. You approve any offer, verify buyer payment and confirm the handoff. Posterzign does not collect money for your goods, dispatch deliveries, share your home address or commit you to a pickup without your explicit agreement.
Check eligibility before payment. If we discover an access mismatch before production, pause and agree a suitable scope or refund the unstarted order. If a permitted publishing route is not available, the clearly stated preparation-and-guided-publishing scope applies; it is not a promise of a live listing.
Within the plan's stated 1, 2, 3 or 5 business days after verified payment and complete intake. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern. Missing facts or photos pause the delivery clock. One consolidated copy revision is included if requested within 48 hours of initial delivery and returned within one business day for that same scope.
No sale, buyer count, ranking, price or account approval is guaranteed. If we miss the agreed initial preparation deadline, you may choose a full refund or approve a new deadline. This does not limit applicable consumer rights. Ads, physical pickup and buyer payment risk are outside this service.
Do not upload passwords, IDs, card details or a private home address. Private prices and notes are excluded from public packs. Uploaded working order files are retained for 30 days after completion under the actual configured retention process. DIY data stays in your browser unless you export or submit it. Portfolio use needs separate permission.
Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Posterzign's connected layer — buyer-message drafts held in review mode, Listing Studio imports, batch preparation, follow-up preparation and price-reduction proposals — is built into the product in a Not connected state. It activates only when a seller connects a permitted route through their own Muse access with a running task, and only after that route is verified in that seller's account. Until then, everything stays in review mode: drafts wait for your approval, and publishing stays guided. The DIY software download includes no hosted or always-running agent.
