How reselling works
1. You sell
You market AuditPitch as your own offer, to your audience, at your price, through your own pages and channels. The system you are selling is the full AuditPitch — audits, funnels, builder, proposals, and the rest — under a real license.
2. Your buyer is delivered
Each sale delivers your buyer a genuine licensed account: automatic delivery of their access details, the software under their license, and a buyer profile that shows their purchase and license. Fulfilment is handled; you do not hand-create accounts.
3. Seats are tracked
Your pack is a seat count. Every license you sell draws down your count, and the system tracks where you stand, so you always know how many licenses you have left before you run your next promotion.

A note on those numbers, because honesty matters more than the table: a low cost per license is not a promise about what you will sell or earn. It is the cost side of your maths. The revenue side depends on your audience, your offer, and your follow-through — the same as any product anyone resells.

The rules — plain and short
- Sell within your seat count. Your pack is your inventory. When your seats run out, you stop selling until you hold a bigger pack — the tracking shows your count at all times.
- Licenses, not source. You sell licenses to use AuditPitch. The software itself — its code and source — is never distributed, copied, or handed over under a reseller pack.
- Your buyers are licensed users. Each of your buyers holds a real license, receives real delivery, and is entitled to use the software under that license — including the in-dashboard support and knowledge base that come with it.
- Your price, your offer. You set the price and the framing for your audience. What you may not do is promise outcomes the tool does not guarantee — it is a review, proposal, and website-building tool, and your buyers deserve the same straight description given on this page.
Who this suits

What exactly does my buyer receive?
A real AuditPitch license with automatic delivery: their account details, access to the software under that license, and a buyer profile showing their purchase and license — hosted on RestoZign's system or installed on their own hosting, under the same license terms as any buyer.
How do I know how many licenses I have left?
Your seat count is tracked by the system. Every sale draws it down, and you can see the remaining count before you promote — no spreadsheets, no guessing.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. The pack price is your cost for the licenses; the price you charge your buyers is your decision. The per-license figures on this page are cost maths only, to help you plan.
Can I hand my buyers the software files to install anywhere they like?
Your buyers receive licensed access and delivery through the system, including the self-install option under their license. What reselling never includes is distribution of the source code — licenses are sold, source is not.
What happens when I run out of seats?
You stop selling until you hold more. Move up a tier — or take the Bundle, which includes the Reseller 500 pack alongside All-Niches and the Agency Package.
Is there a monthly fee on a pack?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase of that seat count.
