1. Your join link comes by email
Your confirmation email carries your join link for the live session, sent to the address you registered with. Keep that email — it is how you get into the room, and it is also how your replay link reaches you afterwards.
2. If it doesn't arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first; confirmation emails land there more often than anyone would like. If it still is not there, contact us through /software-support/ and tell us the email address you registered with, so we can find your registration.
3. One reminder, then the session
We email your join link and one reminder — that is the whole sequence. No daily countdown emails, and registering never obligates you to buy anything.
